In February, the state shared information on the investigation. In March, the Clean Water Advocacy Group began a grassroots campaign to share more about the PFAS issue in the Cadillac area.
On May 1, Rep. Joseph Fox requested nearly $15 million for infrastructure improvements in Cadillac, with $8 million to take on the PFAS response. If granted by the state, funding would connect hundreds of homes currently on wells into the municipal system.
