By day, Alibeth Milliron runs Massage by the Bay in Petoskey. Outside of work, she trains and competes in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), a full-contact sport that combines striking, grappling, and submissions.
Starting with Taekwondo as a teen, she transitioned to kickboxing and later MMA. In fall of 2023, she won bronze for Team USA at the World Combat Games in Saudi Arabia, competing against top international fighters.
Balancing business, training, and motherhood is tough, but with a strong support system, she makes it work. For Ali, MMA isn’t just a sport—it’s her passion and way of life.
