Why wait until the new year for health resolutions?

Many of us wait for the start of a New Year to jumpstart our path to a healthy life but there is one thing to consider...a lot of other people are doing that exact same thing. Crowded gyms full of people trying to keep a new years resolution can dismay those who are new to the experience and find it overwhelming. A month after the new year starts and you are already back to your old habits and wondering if you will ever be able to stick with it.
