PETOSKEY — Panera Bread will establish a new location in Petoskey, according to a new Colliers real estate listing.
Per the listing, a new Panera Bread location is set to open at 360 S. Mitchell St. in Petoskey slated for April 1, 2025.
The 8,506 square foot location will include a Panera Bread and additional retail spaces adjacent to it available for rent that may be split into 2-4 suites.
