TRAVERSE CITY - September is National Recovery Month, it is a time to celebrate those who are in addiction recovery.
Addiction Treatment Services in Traverse City is helping those who battle addiction, get on the path to recovery.
According to American Addiction Centers, more than 16% of Americans, 12 and older battle a substance abuse disorder. More than 10% percent of Americans, 12 and older battle an alcohol addiction.
Addiction Treatment Services has resources within five counties around Traverse City. There is support for the individual themselves and also for their families.

Addiction treatment services is hosting ‘Art of Recovery’ on September 14th with partners within the community helping cater and provide art for a silent auction.
