“I am nominating my uncle and aunt. They are both incredible hardworking individuals who go out of their way to help anyone. They would gladly and quite literally give people the shirt off their back or their last $10. There is nobody they turn away for help, no matter what the reason. They help care for their great grandchildren, they plow driveways (free of charge) for elderly in the winter months, they deliver firewood for elderly who are sometimes unable to pay but are in need of heat. They offer food and a warm, safe shelter to family or friends needing a place to rest their head. There is a long list of things they do to help others, and I cannot think of anyone more deserving of a thanksgiving blessing than two people who continually give people a reason to be thankful while they ask for nothing in return for all they give. A true example of good-hearted humans.”
