It’s not hard to honor veterans for their service, but we need to honor the mental health battles they face as well.
It can be hard for those serving to transition back to civilian life after their service. That’s why Bob Taylor, a retired major who served in the Air Force, decided to help veterans by forming the Patriot Promise Foundation.
Bob is a B-52 navigator/radar navigator who flew combat missions during Operation Desert Storm. He’s also the author of “From Service to Success: New Mission, New Purpose, and a New Journey to a Great Life.”
He joins us on Good Day Northern Michigan to talk about the foundation’s mission.
