Temperatures stay dangerously cold into the weekend.
More single digits and low teens for highs the weekend.
Wind chills into the weekend will likely be trending below zero. Even in the negative double digits for many. Possibly -15° to -30°.
Still dress in layers and keep pets warm! Allow faucets to drip/run to avoid frozen pipes.
Skies this weekend will be partly cloudy with a few rays of sun!
Some spotty lake effect. Better chances near the lakeshore Saturday & Sunday.
A larger system Sunday could deliver some snow downstate. This could clip our central zones Sunday PM into Monday. Something to watch for now if traveling this weekend.
If traveling from the Tennessee Valley to the Mid Atlantic this weekend, expect some major delays from this major winter storm.
