Tonight: Changing into Snow
Winds shift to the Northwest at 10-20 mph.
This will bring some lake effect showers.
Snow showers will start to develop.
Lows are in the 30s.
Sunday: Lake Effect
Sunday is much colder vs Saturday with some isolated lake effect snow.
Better placement for the classic snowbelts. In the U.P. and Tip of the Mitt. Minor accumulations of a few inches will be on the table.
If we see bands set up over the same area for longer periods of time, locally higher totals can’t be ruled out.
Similar to what we experienced last weekend into the Leelanau peninsula.
Highs Sunday will be in the 30s to low 40s.

Monday is looking partly to mostly cloudy.
A few light snow showers lingering north possible.
Highs Monday will be in the low 30s to low 40s.
Tuesday is looking partly cloudy.
Highs Tuesday will range from the mid 30s to low 40s.
Wednesday is looking brighter with a mix of sun and clouds.
Highs Wednesday will range from the mid 30s to low 40s.
Thursday will feature some rain showers and clouds. Better for the PM.
Highs Thursday are in the upper 30s to upper 40s.
Friday will start to see more rain showers with highs in the 40s.
