Have You Tasted a Cyser? – Acoustic Mead Taproom

Susan Prescott and her husband Bruce Grossman own Acoustic Brewing Company, Michigan’s Original Draft Mead. Acoustic has been in production and distribution for approximately 15 years.

They met at Michigan State University in 1987 and taught English in South Korea and managed Art Studios in Stuttgart, Germany.

Their travels inspired them to create the Acoustic Tap Room, an off-the-beaten-path haven that strives to be the most welcoming place with the most drinkable beverages, encouraging the arts and real interactions that enable people to make friends.
