For this recipe, you can use leftover chicken breast, thighs, or legs. Because Derrick needs things a little more simplified than the average homecook, he used pre-seasoned and pre-cooked frozen chicken.
The reason why tacos are so great – is that you can add whatever toppings your family likes. The Larr’s added cheese, lime juice, and pre-made Mexican street corn and rice to theirs.
