Seared Tuna with Mango and Cilantro Aioli

1 C Cilantro leaves chopped

½ C lime juice

1/3 C mayonnaise

Pinch coriander

1 TB serrano pepper diced fine

1 Poblano pepper diced fine

2 TB Orange Juice

Salt and Pepper

1/3 C Olive Oil

6 oz sushi grade tuna steak

3TB diced mango

Mix together the mayonnaise with the cilantro, coriander and season with salt and pepper, chill.

Mix together the peppers, lime juice, olive oil and mango, set aside

Heat grille pan.  Salt tuna and sear to medium rare

Spread a smear of cilantro aioli on a plate. Thinly slice the tuna and fan it out on top of aioli.  Top with the mango and peppers. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
