Brussels Sprouts Sauté with Chestnuts and Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • ½ lb. thick cut bacon, diced
  • ½ C chopped chestnuts
  • 2 TB Butter
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Balsamic Reduction

Method:

In a heavy pan, sauté the bacon until crisp.  Add the butter, Brussels sprouts and Chestnuts.  Sauté until the Brussels sprouts are tender.  Plate and drizzle Balsamic reduction on top.
