Brussels Sprouts Sauté with Chestnuts and Bacon
Ingredients:
- 1-2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- ½ lb. thick cut bacon, diced
- ½ C chopped chestnuts
- 2 TB Butter
- Salt, Pepper
- Balsamic Reduction
Method:
In a heavy pan, sauté the bacon until crisp. Add the butter, Brussels sprouts and Chestnuts. Sauté until the Brussels sprouts are tender. Plate and drizzle Balsamic reduction on top.
