We met with expert, Amy Tittle, to learn all about different ways to manage pain. Jagannathan Nuerosurgery works hand-in-hand with Amy to keep patients pain free in all aspects of life.
She says that many people can decrease their pain levels by exercising regularly, taking part in meditation sessions, and getting into activities like yoga.
There are a few types of prescription pain management including the following:

Then there are non-pharmacologic pain management techniques like the following:
