It’s a bit different from the homes we normally show you on Amazing Northern Michigan Homes but it has the potential to be one of the most unique homes in Northern Michigan.
“It’s different,” said broker with Real Estate One, Jack Lane. “I’ve been selling real estate for 31 years, I’ve seen all sorts, I’ve never seen anything quite like this.”
The current owner began renovating the 115 year old barn with the idea of living in it for a while and then building a more traditional home on the property on top of the hill overlooking the barn and the bay.
