A house inspired by the nature that surrounds it and a location that allows you to enjoy your surroundings.
“There’s about 350 acres of conservancy land behind the house for this development,” said Tim Schaub, broker owner of Schaub Team Premier Realty. “So, we’re a long ways from M-22 and with that 350 acres never to be built on it gives this area a very private feeling and that land is usable too you can hike on it and there’s trails so it’s a very unique situation.”
This four bed, five-and-half bath home was once two separate buildings but is now one beautiful, sprawling, lakeside home.
“In 1970, this part of the house and the guest house were built,” said Schaub. “It’s about 1,900 square feet. They were not connected so where that hallway is there was a space to the guest house. When the current owner bought this he then made the total square footage 4,700 square feet and he basically remodeled the whole house.”
A remodel that transformed this home into one that reflects the land it’s built on.
