Kimchi Pork Burgers with Honey Soy Sauce
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 C sliced scallion
- ¾ C Kimchi
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
Mix the ingredients together and form four patties.
Cook burgers in oil until internal temperature reaches 165 and set aside
- 4 leaves napa cabbage
- 4 Buns
Honey-Soy Sauce:
- 1/3 C Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Place burgers on buns with napa cabbage and drizzle sauce. Can add more kimchi if want.
