BrewVine: Spirit Cider at Bowers Harbor Vineyards

on Old Mission Peninsula has been growing grapes and making wine since 1991, but 10 years ago they ventured out into the orchard.

When you think of Bowers Harbor Vineyards you may think of a Cabernet or chardonnay, but for the past ten years they have been embracing the “spirit” of cider making.

Their clean, fresh cider comes in many varieties that change with the Michigan seasons.

Whitney Amann and Jeremy Erickson take us there to sample their Spirit Cider in this week’s BrewVine.
