Shiitake and Sesame Bok Choy
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. Sesame oil
- 1 lb. Baby Bok Choy, thick slices
- 2 tsp. Sesame seeds
- 8 oz. Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 TB. cilantro, chopped
- Extra toasted sesame seeds for garnishing
Directions:
Heat the oil and cook the mushrooms and Bok Choy until tender. Add the remaining ingredients, except cilantro. Plate and sprinkle cilantro and sesame seeds over top.
