At Dead Bear Brewing Company in Grayling, they like to work hard to create unique brews and some of those go on tap seasonally.
Brewer Travis Krebs also works hard to keep things fresh, work that doesn’t involve shortcuts!
Their Blood Orange Pale Ale, for instance, involves a great deal of time consuming prep work, like peeling 13 cases of oranges by hand!
When it comes down to it, what you’ll find on tap here is a mixture of creativity, seasonality and community.
