Steak Sandwich with Fennel Slaw


  • 1 chilled left over steak
  • 1 fennel bulb, white part sliced thin
  • 1 small Bok Choi, sliced thin
  • ½ small red onion, sliced thin
  • ¼ C Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 sliced focaccia bread, grilled or toasted
  • 4 TB Mayo


Warm steak and slice thin.  Mix together remaining ingredients to make the slaw.  Place slaw on toast with stripes of steak.
