Steak Sandwich with Fennel Slaw
Ingredients:
- 1 chilled left over steak
- 1 fennel bulb, white part sliced thin
- 1 small Bok Choi, sliced thin
- ½ small red onion, sliced thin
- ¼ C Cilantro, chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 sliced focaccia bread, grilled or toasted
- 4 TB Mayo
Directions:
Warm steak and slice thin. Mix together remaining ingredients to make the slaw. Place slaw on toast with stripes of steak.
