Grilled Kale Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Lacinato kale, trimmed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 C plain Yogurt
  • 1 C Mayonnaise
  • ¼ C Scallions, finely chopped
  • ¼ C Buttermilk
  • 1 ½ tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp white wine
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black powder

Directions:

Pre-heat grill or grille pan to medium high heat, brush with oil.  Grill Kales leaves until charred and crisp.

Crush kale in bowl.  Add remaining ingredients and stir.

Serve with Naan, pita bread or vegetables for dipping.
