Barrel aging is a process that’s been employed for thousands of years to enrich the flavor of everything from wine to spirits and beer!
Workshop Brewing Co. keeps that part of its operation local as well, sourcing barrels from TC wine coast vineyards and Mammoth Distilling, right down the hall.
Aged over months and months, Workshop slowly tries the barrels to check on the flavor’s progress and experiment with new flavors and combinations of flavors whenever possible.
