Green Goddess Tuna Salad Sandwich

  • 1/4 C Basil leaves
  • 1/4 C Parsley leaves
  • 1/4C Tarragon leaves
  • ¼ C Mayonnaises
  • ¼ C Sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 TB Lemon juice
  • 2 TB  Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 5 oz can of Tuna
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 tsp shallots, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Mixed greens, English muffins, split and toasted.
