Green Goddess Tuna Salad Sandwich
- 1/4 C Basil leaves
- 1/4 C Parsley leaves
- 1/4C Tarragon leaves
- ¼ C Mayonnaises
- ¼ C Sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 TB Lemon juice
- 2 TB Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 1 5 oz can of Tuna
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 tsp shallots, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Mixed greens, English muffins, split and toasted.
