Stir-Fried Squid with Peppercorns
Ingredients:
- 3 TB Oyster Sc
- 2 TB Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tsp Fish Sc
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ¼ C Coconut Oil
- 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 6 scallions cut in 2 inch pieces
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 TB green peppercorns, drained
- 2 LB Squid, cut 2 inch pieces
- 2 Thai Chilies, sliced
- Salt
- Rice, Cooked
Directions:
Whisk together the first five ingredients in a bowl.
Heat coconut oil in a wok. Add onions, scallions, garlic and peppercorns. Stir in the squid and chilies and fry for 2 minutes, then add the sauce. Cook until thickened, season with salt. Serve over cooked rice.
