Stir-Fried Squid with Peppercorns

Ingredients:

  • 3 TB Oyster Sc
  • 2 TB Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tsp Fish Sc
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ¼ C Coconut Oil
  • 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 6 scallions cut in 2 inch pieces
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 TB green peppercorns, drained
  • 2 LB Squid, cut 2 inch pieces
  • 2 Thai Chilies, sliced
  • Salt
  • Rice, Cooked

Directions:

Whisk together the first five ingredients in a bowl.

Heat coconut oil in a wok.  Add onions, scallions, garlic and peppercorns.  Stir in the squid and chilies and fry for 2 minutes, then add the sauce.  Cook until thickened, season with salt.  Serve over cooked rice.
