Spicy Sausage Burgers
¾ lb Ground Beef
¾ lb Hot Italian Sausage
2 TB Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
8 Slices Monterrey Jack Cheese
2 TB water
4 Burger Buns, toasted
1 C Cilantro
½ C Pickled Peppers
Mix together the Beef and Sausage, form into patties. Season with salt and pepper. Fry burgers in hot pan or on the grill. Add the Monterrey Jack cheese and melt. Add the cooked burgers to the buns, top with cilantro and picked peppers.
