Salmon and Dill Fettuccine ala Maison


4-5 ounces boneless salmon pieces

2 ounces butter

6-8 ounces cooked fettuccini noodles

3 ounces heavy cream

1 teaspoon chopped dill

Salt, garlic, parsley, and black pepper to taste

2 ounces parmesan cheese

1 ounce dry white wine

Preparation: Sauté the salmon pieces in butter and wine. Add the noodles and sauté once again. Add remaining ingredients except for the parsley and the grated cheese (which is used to garnish), and sauté for 4-5 minutes until blended together.
