Lamb Medallions ala Frangelico

Ingredients:

8 ounces of lamb loin medallions

2 ounces butter

1 ounce Frangelico liquor

1 ounce white wine

Salt, thyme, pepper to season

3 ounces demi-glace sauce

Preparation:

Sauté medallions in the butter, add liquor and wine, season and add demi-glace sauce.
