1 ½ lbs salmon fillet cut in 4 pieces
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup beer
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ red, green, and yellow bell peppers, minced
2 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 tsp hot sauce
Combine lime juice, beer, cilantro, garlic, hot sauce, and onion. Mix well Place salmon in a shallow glass dish; pour marinade over salmon. Turn fillets several times to coat all sides fully. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour. Preheat BBQ or broiler. Remove salmon from marinade, discard marinade. Broil or grill until fish flakes in center(about 10 min per 1” of thickness). Mix minced peppers, salsa, cilantro, and hot sauce together. Season with salt and pepper. Serve salmon with salsa mixture.
