SUTTONS BAY- The high school football season may have already ended for Suttons Bay, but senior Zachariah Raphael has not yet played his final snap.
He is one of 70 high school football players selected for the 2025 Native All-American game taking place on December 14th. It’s the 4th year the game has taken place in partnership with the NFL.
Over 200 of the nation’s top Native American high school football players were reviewed, and Raphael was selected as one of the best.
The game will be televised and take place in the Minnesota Vikings stadium, but athletes will arrive a week before to receive coaching and life skills from NFL veterans.
Raphael began playing football four years ago and hopes to continue his career at the collegiate level, and the All-American game will be a great opportunity to showcase his talent.
