The Detroit Lions improved to 9-1 Sunday with a 52-6 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Jacksonville’s opening drive stalled at mid-field, but they managed a 60 yard field goal to jump out to a 3-0 lead.
Detroit responded with a smooth opening drive going 70 yards down the field ending with a David Montgomery score.
Montgomery added a second touchdown in the first half.
Jahmyr Gibbs and Amon-Ra St. Brown also scored for Detroit who took at 28-6 lead to the locker room at halftime.
The offense kept rolling in the second half as Goff eclipsed the 400 yard passing mark.
Detroit may be without linebacker Alex Anzalone going forward who left the game with a forearm injury.
Detroit goes for the 9th straight win next Sunday in Indianapolis.
