TRAVERSE CITY-- One of the hardest things to do in sports is to defend a title.
After winning the whole thing last year, the Traverse City St. Francis Cross Country team had a chance to do just that.
They lost only one senior from the previous season, and even with a target on their backs stayed calm and focused on being consistent from meet to meet.
The players said they didn’t feel any pressure, ad just wanted to finish their careers the right way after last year.
