TRAVERSE CITY — Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians should expect lane shifts on the 1300 block of Eastern Avenue between Peninsula Drive and Milliken Drive from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Nov. 13 in Traverse City.
Access to businesses, parking lots and residences will be maintained at all times, and signage will be in place. Sidewalks will remain open and passable. The work is weather-dependent, and modifications may be necessary.
Drivers are asked to use alternate routes if possible to reduce congestion, limit delays and promote worker safety.
