TRAVERSE CITY - A new performance during the Traverse City Comedy Festival was just announced.
Actor, impressionist, and popular “Saturday Night Live” cast member Jay Pharoah will perform at the 2025 festival. Pharoah spent six seasons as a cast member on “SNL” and is known for his spot-on impressions. Pharoah will perform at the Park Place Hotel on April 11.
The festival is three days of laughter, and there’s a bit of everything for everyone.
“Now more than ever, right? I mean, we could use a laugh in this country. There’s been so many, you know, crazy things going on. You know, laughter really is the best medicine. You get clean shows, dirty shows, teacher shows, lots of different themes. So there’s really something for everyone,” said Ann Duke, festival co-producer.
The 2025 TC Comedy Fest is April 10-12 at eight different locations across the city. Tickets for Pharoah’s show go on sale Wednesday, Nov. 20.
